It wasn’t so long ago that every town had one butcher, and every resident knew them personally. Today, with so many chain grocery stores and “supercenters,” it can be difficult to make that human connection. On top of that, you don’t always know where your meat is coming from, or how it’s been processed.

We believe that you should know and trust your butcher, and know where your meat is coming from. Those beliefs inform everything we do, every day.

From Sweet Desserts to Freshly made Breads, Buns and Rolls. We also put that spice in your life, and spring in your heat. Did someone say BBQ sauce, cause we have lots to choose from.

Need that sweet treat after your meat? We are pleased to carry locally produced, made from scratch desserts using only fresh local ingredients. Come try our butter tarts or banana breads.
