Richard’s offers classic Butchering of the finest local beef, pork and poultry available. We provide a daily lunch of freshly sliced sandwiches from our deli. If you’re looking for a prepared dinner, check our freezer for ready to go meals. Don‘t forget our Richard’s Famous BBQ every Saturday will once again return.

Fine Meats

Classic Butchering of the finest local beef, pork and poultry available. We provide a daily lunch of freshly sliced sandwiches from our deli.


Chickens have become prevalent throughout the cuisine of cultures around the world, and their meat has been variously adapted to regional tastes.


Beef is a source of high-quality protein and nutrients. Beef can be used as is by merely cutting into certain parts, such as roasts, short ribs or steak. While other cuts are processed.


Pork is eaten both freshly cooked and preserved. Curing extends the shelf life of the pork products. Ham, smoked pork, gammon, bacon are but a few.

What will you create if we did all the prep work?

We have a selection of store prepared dinners available in our freezer section. Some selections include Roast Beef, Turkey, Pulled Pork (varies on availability)  and other favourite frozen meals.  But as you can below we do also keep on hand a selection of homemade ready to cook mains and side dishes too. Have you tried our stuffed pork chops, chicken cordon bleu or our bacon wrapped filet mignon. Everything is made fresh, and we never use any preservatives or fillers.

Stuffed Seasoned Pork Chops

Thick sliced cured pork chops stuffed with a seasoned mixture seared to a golden-brown, and finished in the oven with your own glaze or sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Classic Chicken Cordon Bleu involves breast pounded until thin, layered with ham and cheese, rolled into a log, chilled, dredged in flour then egg then breadcrumbs .

Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon

Beef Filet Bacon wrapped tender medallions of filet mignon can be seared, and topped with a sweet cream butter, add your own spice to create a mouthwatering delight.

You will not believe how incredible our  Roast Beef and Gravy is!  Put in oven to heat it up and devour! Simple Right! Add our Garlic Mashed Potatoes and and BAM! Dinner is served.

Low and slow defines our chefs secret recipe for shredded pork, marinated overnight, rubbed with warm and flavorful spices, slowly simmered for hours in our cooking sauce. The meat shredded and serve. We recomend on a freshly baked Mitchell’s Bakery Kaiser Bun

Scallop Potatoes

A traditional recipe that takes two days to make. Hand selected Canadian Potatoes, a dash of spice, and a whole lot of LOVE, you will be back, as it is LOVE at first bite. Goes great with our Old Fashion Meatloaf.
